I am bracing myself for the Blu-Ray release of Star Wars next year. I’m just wondering what Lucas is going to do now. Of course, no matter what, I too, will get it.
Uncle Owen unfortunately used up his Falcon Punch on Luke that day and was unable to recharge himself when Storm Troopers arrived the next day. Aunt Beru was last heard saying, “You just had to use your Falcon Punch on Luke didn’t you, I told you that boy was gonna be the death of us, but NO, you just had to raise him.”
It doesn’t matter what Lucas puts in or modifies, people will grumble but you know they’ll still buy it…It’s Star Wars for crying out loud…ON BLUE RAY!!!
That is exactly my feeling on it! The moment I had heard about it, I told my wife that it was to be purchased. I think in the whole movie, they were the only two important characters that were killed by storm troopers, on the ground at least. And with their accuracy who knows all that they had to do to kill them.
So then what is a Milennium Falcon Punch?
That is what Lando used in Return of the Jedi. They just didn’t have the technology to showcase Lando’s full awesomeness. Maybe that’ll be put in the Blu-Ray! lol
